Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Wolf Claw Arcade. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making any purchases or bookings.


Party Room & Party Service Bookings

  • Cancellations made 5 or more days prior to the reserved event date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the reserved event date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable.

Blind Box Purchases

  • All blind box sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on blind box items after shipment due to the nature of the product.
  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please email us at support@wolfclawarcade.com within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • All shipments are insured, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier for compensation.

Token Purchases

  • All token sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tokens under any circumstances.

Authenticity Assurance

  • All official and authentic merchandise will be clearly labeled as “authentic” on the product listing.
